1. Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products (such as downloadable software, templates, or digital art), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products once they have been purchased and downloaded.
2. Physical Products:
If you have purchased a physical product from Grafix Studios, such as merchandise or printed materials, and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Service Fees:
Fees for services provided by Grafix Studios, including but not limited to design services, consulting, or workshops, are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. Any cancellations or changes to services must be communicated in advance, and refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refund Process:
To request a refund for a physical product, please contact our customer support at mail@grafixstudios.com with your order details and the reason for the refund request. For digital products, refunds will only be issued if there is a technical issue or error on our part.

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned physical product or verifying the eligibility for a digital product refund. The refunded amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
